Fill out our online Quote Request Form or contact Combine Freight directly with the details of the vehicles requiring transport.

Combine Freight will then provide a competitive quote. (Please note: the vehicles are planned 2 days in advance. They will only be planned once the client has met the terms of the sale.)

The quote and terms and conditions are signed and payment terms accepted by the client. (COD Payments: proof of payment must be e-mailed through along with the signed quote and T&Cs. Dealer Payments: the specific order form must be emailed through with the signed quote and T&Cs.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Units are insured for an amount of R500,000. If over that amount it is suggested that unit is self insured. Exotic and Classic cars are not covered with the insurance – th ese will have to be self insured. If damages do occur whilst in transit a claim must be submitted within 48hrs from the time of delivery and such damage must be made endorsed on the POD. A claim will then be submitted to the carrier company who holds this insurance policy

Whilst every effort is made to get your vechicle to you as soon as possible, delivery can be expected within 7-10 working days dependant on destination. Please contact us to make special arrangements should you require.

Online – you would be able to monitor unit progress – alternatively Combine Freight will update you daily.

Carriers can not go into residential areas for access reasons – however we can get the unit driven to and from a residential area to a central pick up point suitable for the carrier at an additional cost.

Unit will be covered by insurance – as above

Motorbikes can be transported at owners risk.

In addition we can accommodate certain additional items such as trailers or modified bakkies etc.

No personal belongings can be transported in the vehicle, whilst on the carrier.
