Units are insured to a maximum of R500 000.00 per vehicle. If the value is over this amount, then arrangements will needed to be to self insure. Exotic and Classic cars will also need to be self insured. In the event of damages, whilst in transit, then a claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of delivery with the damage being endorsed on the POD. A claim will then be submitted to the carrier company who holds this insurance policy. Please note: Exotic and Classic cars are not covered with the insurance – these will have to be self insured.

Whilst every effort is made to get your vehicle to you as soon as possible, standard delivery can be expected within 7-10 working days dependant on destination. Please note we do offer a priority service for urgent units, contact us to make special arrangements should you require.

Online – you would be able to monitor and track progress online, alternatively Combine Freight staff will update you daily.

Carriers unfortunately can not go into residential areas for access reasons. We do offer an end to end service whereby your vehicle can be driven to the most convenient location for you. contact us to arrange.

Special care will be taken with each and every unit. Unit will be covered by insurance – as above. We do offer additional measures if you require, please contact us if you wish to find out more.

Motorcycles can be transported at Owner's Risk.

We will not take any responsibility for personal or removable items left in the vehicle. Any personal or additional items will be totally for owner's risk.
